Paolo was born in 1958, and ever since he was fourteen has believed in organic and natural farming. He says that all farms should put together productivity and technological progress with an eye on the environment . This is not a question of marketing or fashion but a way of life, of thought and action that considers the individual an integral part of nature. 

Gianna Bastoncelli: the female touch.

Gianna was born in 1964, 99% vegetarian, she puts up with Paolo and cares for Federico, Filippo, Fiamma, Francesco and Flavio their children. She works on the farm. She is definitely the soul of the activity.

Sara Pometti: a cheerful shopkeeper.

Sara works in the farm shop in Radda in Chianti, selling Caparsa's products.
