STORE THE WINE
Like all quality wine the bottles must be stored in a cool, damp place in the dark possibly lying down in order to keep the corks moist.
All the bottles are
stored in a conditioned cellar with the above
characteristics. In this way the wine will mature almost
indefinitely. Recently I opened with some friends a
bottle of Chianti Classico Caparsino 1974 and it tasted
still fresh with plenty of life ahead! Some great bottles
of old vintages are available for sale.
Yes, if the transport-man drinks it!! I am joking of course. By TNT the shipping is fast and is packed in thermo-protective material.
