  • How does the Chianti Classico Caparsino wine taste?

The Chianti Classico Caparsino is made at 90 % of Sangiovese grape and 10% Canaiolo Grape. These grapes grow in an ultra-natural habitat on the Caparsa estate and the wine obtained is aged for 18-24 months in oak vats of 18 hl capacity. It is a wine of typical Chianti character taste, dry, strong, with intense forest fruit aromas.

  • How does the Chianti Classico Doccio a Matteo wine taste?

The Chianti Classico Doccio a Matteo wine is made of 100% Sangiovese selected grapes from “Doccio a Matteo” vineyard of Caparsa. After 14 days fermentation, the wine is aged in barrels of 225 and 550 litres. A wine of great consistency, smooth, complex, integrated oak, ripe, fruity and soundly made. It is balanced, clean, crisp, elegant, and fresh with a long finished.
