Chianti Classico 1998 Caparsino
|
White wine “Bianco di Caparsino” Pale gold colour, intense and interesting aromas of white flowers and chamomile jump from the glass followed by citrus fruits and a slight honey aroma. The mouth is dominated by an intense minerality softened by some nice apricot fruit. A complex wine with yeasty autolysins notes that will reach an even greater complexity with adequate bottle age. |
